Rafa Mazzarella is calling for a huge improvement from Bourne Town this weekend.

They head to Olney Town with just two points from the opening four games.

The Wakes boss wants a
response after throwing away a 2-0 lead last Saturday at home to Buckingham Town.

Mazzarella said: “It was a tough one and it took quite a while to get over that.

“I think we were all a bit stunned to be 2-0 up so early in the game and there wasn’t a clear message about what
we needed to do.

“We kept losing the ball, they got back into it at 2-1 and we never recovered.

“I’m not going to panic but that was a poor performance. I can’t remember us putting five or six passes together.

“We are going to lose
games and that’s part of the
experience. But last Saturday wasn’t good enough so I will be looking for a response in the attitude and effort.

“Olney were one of the form sides at the end of last season but I’m still more
concerned about what we are doing and getting it right.”
