Spalding United boss Pat Rayment is expecting a tough test in tonight’s home UCL Premier Division clash with Desborough Town (7.45pm).

The unbeaten Tulips, who have won all four of their league games so far, welcome back Jake Gibson for the visit of 13th-placed Ar Tarn.

Three more points will send Spalding back to the top of the tree.

On Wednesday night Holbeach United host rivals Deeping Rangers (7.45pm). New Portuguese signing Pedro Sevilha could make his Tigers bow, while Rangers are without Harry Deane, Ciaran Holt, Lewis Stone, Nicky Young and Jamie Forbes.
