Spalding United have been drawn away at Walsall Wood in the second round of the FA Vase.

Among the favourites for this year’s competition, the trip to the West Midlands will be the Tulips’ first outing in the competition this season.

The tie will take place on Saturday, November 16 (3pm), with the winners to net £1,200 in FA prize money.

Walsall Wood are currently 18th in Midlands Alliance Division One and have yet to win a home league game this term.

Former UCL duo Quorn (currently 4th) and Shepshed Dynamo (13th), who both finished in the top ten of the Premier Division last term, also ply their trade in the Midlands Alliance Division One.
