BOSTON LEAGUE ROUND-UP: Kirton Town didn’t start playing until it was too late to turn things around as they lost 3-1 at home to Old Leake in the premier division.

At three down they pulled one back and squandered other chances but their onslaught came much too late.

Goals from Ben Jacques and Mark Lovelace helped Wyberton to a 2-0 away win at Skegness Town Reserves.

In division one Wyberton Reserves somehow managed to get themselves out of jail and spare the blushes of Steve Melady who got himself sent off after just three minutes when they played hosts to Skegness United Reserves.

The ten men still proved to be strong enough to take all three points following a 3-2 home win thanks to goals from Diego Garcia, Nicky Syndercombe and Reece Beauchamp.

A topsy turvy affair at Fosdyke saw the home side lose a 3-0 lead before beating Pointon Reserves 4-3, Sam Reeson, Nicky de Vries (2) and Tom Watson scoring.

In division three Alex Hedley’s two goals were not enough to earn Rippingale and Folkingham Reserves any reward when they entertained Holbeach Bank Reserves.
