Deeping Rangers continued their incredible form in front of goal with a 7-0 UCL KO Cup win over Peterborough Sports on Tuesday night, while Bourne Town went down 4-2 at Burton Park Wanderers in UCL Division One.
Starting at Outgang Road, UCL Premier Division leaders Rangers ran riot against their lower-graded visitors.
Goals from Ondre Odain (24), Scott Ginty (30), Alex Beck (42) and Josh Moreman (43) put the hosts 4-0 ahead at the break.
Free-scoring defender Spencer Tinkler made it 5-0 with a 50th-minute penalty, before skipper David Burton-Jones (85) and Craig Parker (90) rounded off the rout.
Meanwhile, Bourne were slipping to their 12th league loss of the season. Richard Nelson (44 & 86) did bag a brace for Darren Munton’s men, but Deven Ellwood (32), Wayne Brown (39 & 76) and Nathan Willis (69) fired hosts Burton to victory.
