Glen Maddison is expecting rivals Boston Town to be a different beast in tonight’s (Tuesday) Tattershall Road derby (7.45pm).

Town are without a win in eight and go into the game second-from bottom in the UCL Premier Division, having shipped 20 goals in their last three games.

But New boss Nathan Collins is making changes – and Maddison expects a tough test. He said: “They’ll be doing whatever they need to get out of trouble.

“I’m expecting them to field an experienced side that will be very workmanlike. We’ll need to approach the game with the right attitude.”

Former Poachers player/boss Ian Dunn won’t feature after an agreement between the duo – but ex-Tiger Liam Tunstall could line-up for the hosts after joining from Yaxley over the weekend.

Maddison isn’t expecting to have defender Jack Smith available, with opponents Boston closing on his signature.
