LEE Hudson rolled back the years to fire a double hat-trick as Moulton Harrox Reserves smashed an incredible 15 goals in the Peterborough and District League on Saturday.

The veteran hitman (40) helped his side destroy Warboys Town 15-0 in Division One, with Joe Townsend and Joe Harrison also notching a treble apiece. Ashley Coddington and Robbie Cundy completed the rout.

It was a good day for Harrox’s first team too, as they cruised past Oakham United 3-0 in the top flight.

Ben Allen, John Ball and Steve Sinfield were on target at Broad Lane – keeping Moulton’s hopes of a top three finish firmly alive.

Back in Division One, Long Sutton Athletic slipped to a 2-0 home loss against Stilton United as their season edges ever closer to completion.

Down in Division Two, Sutton Bridge United cruised to a 5-0 derby triumph over Gedney Hill.

Jake Lally led the charge with a brace, while Joseph Sutton, Nick Reims and Robert Hook also bagged.

Another side on red-hot form were Pinchbeck United Reserves, who dispatched Woodston 7-3 in their penultimate game of the season.

Dan Cole and Tom Gosling weighed in with braces, while Ashley Wilson, John Butler and an own goal completed the scoring.

Meanwhile, a Michael Smith double wasn’t enough for Crowland Town Reserves, who were thumped 6-3 at home by Peterborough FC Inter Reserves. David Shamma was their other scorer.

Sutton Bridge United Reserves’ game at Warboys Town Reserves in Division Five was postponed.
