BOURNE TOWN 0 EYNESBURY ROVERS 4 (Coles 15 & 63, Bassett 55, Fisk 81): BOURNE’S hopes of a UCL Cup derby with Deeping Rangers were dashed on Saturday.

Tom Coles’ close-range opener put Rovers ahead at the break, before Lee Bassett punished some poor defending to double their money.

Further strikes from Coles and Dave Fisk completed the rout, as the Wakes made it six games without a win.

Boss Darren Munton said: “We gifted Eynesbury four goals on a plate and I’m going to have to think about making changes. It is so frustrating.”

To make matters worse, the returning Jake Mason aggravated his knee problem.

Wakes: Etherington, L Conneely (Elger), Campion, P Conneely, Jesson, Smith, D Mason, Walton (Hood), J Mason (Kilbride), Brockbank, Bell.

Saturday: Eynesbury Rovers v Wakes (3pm).
