Jamie Juckes produced his best performance of the season as Spalding 2nd went top of the South Lincs and Border League Division One on Saturday.
Coming in at number nine, Juckes hit a fine 50 and then took 3-12 as Spalding defeated Woodlands by 176 runs.
Billingborough 2nd began the day on the top of the table but slipped to third after an eight-wicket defeat at Market Deeping 2nd.
An unbeaten 48 from skipper Richard Witt helped Market Deeping to victory with Ryan Bainborough (39 not out) giving able support, and with Grantham 2nd beating their Boston counterparts Billingborough dropped two places.
Long Sutton 2nd were all out for just 43 at Cavaliers. Skipper Rob Simpson took four wickets but could not prevent a four-wicket defeat.
In the Premier Division, leaders Bourne were undebted to Sam Evison as they won at Long Sutton by 30 runs.
Evison top-scored with 45 and then took four wickets – including Long Sutton dangerman Paul Edgeller for a duck.
Moulton Harrox fell just short of their target when losing by eight runs against Sleaford.
Pinchbeck produced two half-centuries at Grantham 3rd but still lost by three wickets in Division Three.
Danny Jackson scored 90 and Lee Eyett contributed 79 with the pair hitting 25 boundaries between them.
Patrick Harrington top-scored with 45 – his best-ever performance in the league – as bottom of the table Spalding 3rd lost by 84 runs at third-placed Claypole.
