Third-placed Bourne raced to a nine-wicket home win over March in Division One of the Rutland League.

The Cambridgeshire side were dismissed for 108 as Chris Binns took 5-50.

Opener Stephen Shaw smashed 89 off only 32 balls but none of his team-mates could reach double figures.

Bourne secured an early finish by getting to the target midway through the 14th over thanks to Stuart Airey (44no) and Archie Stroud (27no) after Conrad Louth (33) laid the foundations.

Market Deeping saw off second-placed castor & Ailsworth by six wickets in Division Two.

Jackson Andrews claimed 4-31 as Castor & Ailsworth were dismissed for 126. The reply was led by Richard Witt (56) and Nick Green (41).

Market Deeping 2nd fell 35 runs short of their victory target against Barnack 2nd in Division Five despite the best efforts of Richard Williams (68).

Nick Andrews took 4-53 but Josh Alvey (79no) and Matt Bishop (53) guided Barnack to 204 all out.
