CRICKET: Sutton nets to start

LONG Sutton Cricket Club’s winter net sessions get under way at at the Peele School’s Leisure Centre this month.

The first meet of the year is on Sunday, January 22 (10am-noon), with sessions to continue every weekend for ten weeks.

The junior section will also have their net sessions at the same location in Long Sutton.

Lasting for 12 weeks, their first meet is this Friday (from 7pm-9pm), with the final one on March 30.

Sutton are keen to welcome any new faces to either section.
