Third-placed Bourne were beaten by 32 runs at Rutland League Division One leaders Uppingham.

An unbroken last-wicket stand between Ben Collins (27no) and Scott Green (14no) boosted the home team after opener Jamie Dumford’s half-century.

James Keywood (4-25) and Tom Dixon (3-33) were the pick of the Bourne bowlers as Uppingham scored 170-9 in 45 overs.

The reply fell short at 138 all out in the 44th over despite the efforts of Stuart Airey (31), Pete Morgan (29), Keywood (29) and Neval Grazette (23) while Green took 5-23.

Market Deeping opener David Sargeant was five runs away from a century in their Division Two victory over Ufford Park.

Tom Shinkins claimed 6-39 with two wickets each for Josh Green and Jackson Andrews as Ufford Park were dismissed for 157 in response to Deeping’s 184.

Long Sutton lost by 42 runs to Tilton and Lowesby in Division Three.

Daniel Snaith smashed eight fours and three sixes on his way to 102 with support from Tom Miles (51).

Long Sutton opener Phil Barnes replied with 38 but Will Farmer took 3-44.

Jeffrey Gunthorp (44) and Adam Binns (41no) guided Bourne 2nd to a six-wicket win over Kimbolton in Division Four after three wickets apiece for Tom Binns and Ben Haigh.

Bottom-of-the-table Market Deeping 2nd lost to Wisbech 2nd in Division Five despite a five-wicket haul by Joe Pearson and an unbroken stand between Patrick Brown (71no) and Ben Rae (56no).

Seas End Hall won by four wickets against Wakerley & Barrowden who were bowled out for just 75.

Bottom-of-the-table Moulton Harrox 2nd lost by four wickets to Division Six leaders Orton Park.

Oliver Saville (91) led the way for Harrox but in reply Orton Park opener Sam Tyler was unbeaten on 106. Henry Lavery claimed three wickets for Harrox.
