UCL: Deeping nine points clear at top, Tigers and Wakes beaten

THE DEADLY duo of Ryan Semple and Ash Stevens fired Deeping Rangers nine points clear at the top of the Eagle Bitter UCL Premier Division.
The strike pair were on hand to guide Rangers to a 2-0 victory over Raunds Town.

Meanwhile, Holbeach United were narrowly beaten by S&L Corby 2-1.

Bourne Town remain bottom, after being beaten 1-0 by Cogenhoe United at the Abbey Lawn.

Zac Nedimovic struck the only goal in a largely even contest.

Andy Toyne saw a penalty saved late on for the struggling Wakes.
