Thirteen proved unlucky for Division Two leaders Bicker as their fine winning streak came to an end.
Bicker had been handing out some hefty beatings of late, but after 12 consecutive victories, Ayscoughfee A served the table toppers a sound 5-1 defeat.

They won by 20 shots (84-64) – a scoreline that would have been much more severe if not for a f
ine 30-10 win by Bicker trio R Barnett, D Slaughter and N Wing.

However, Consti missed the chance to close the gap at the top as they slipped to a 4.5-1.5 defeat at Long Sutton A.

As they were being beaten, Holbeach USC were seeing off Sutton Bridge A 5-1, and jumping into second place.

In a relatively close game, the rink of J McKay, B Fant and J Henson recorded a welcome 25-14 triumph to help move their side to within 12 points of the top.

At the bottom, Spalding Town B eased their worries with a timely 5-1 victory over Bourne Town B.

Division One: Donington seized the initiative at the top after pummeling Carter's Park 6-0.

Aubrey Bristow's set annihilated their opposition 45-3, a scoreline that contributed handsomely to the leaders' massive 107-43 shot win.

Meanwhile, Royal Mail Cart A were outgunned at Whaplode Drove A, going down 5-1.

Mail Cart, who went into the game level on points with Donington, slip down to third.

The new second-placed outfit are Spalding Town A, who picked up a comprehensive 5-1 win at Billingborough A.

Elsewhere, defending champions Castle A rose to see off Bourne Town A 4-2.

Just their second win of the season, Castle are now back in touch with the sides at the bottom.

Division Three: The top two ran riot last week to take a firm grip on the title race.

Leaders Carter's Park B romped to a 6-0 (119-45) win over Ayscoughfee B to maintain their six-point lead at the summit.

Equally devastating were second-placed Sutton Bridge B, putting third-placed Goodfellowship to the sword 6-0 (112-46).

Top set was Sutton's J Barker, J Abel and D Stevens, who cruised to a 30-6 win.

Elsewhere, Moulton Harrox C were thrown a lifeline by Holbeach USC B.

Previously stranded at the bottom, Harrox C picked up a 6-0 walkover to climb off the foot.

They are replaced by Castle C, who were knocked off by Swineshead 6-0.

Division Four: Carter's Park D finally notched their maiden win of the season, seeing off Spalding Town D 5-1.

The win comes at the 14th time of asking – and is the first time the league's bottom side have notched more than two points in a game this season.

However, they remain 15 points adrift.

  • Results: Division One – Billingborough A 1 Spalding Town A 5 (60-83); BSC 2 Moulton Harrox A 4 (61-76); Bourne Town A 2 Castle A 4 (76-83); Whaplode Drove A 5 Royal Mail Cart A 1 (78-70); Donington 6 Carter's Park A 0 (107-43).
