I think Mr Mills of the Black Bull pub in Donington is absolutely right about the issues regarding the Red Cow in the village.
What would the council do if us rate payers of Donington refused to pay our rates untill something was done about the Red Cow?
Would the the council put up with this if the building was in Spalding town centre? I think not.
The council don’t really seem bothered about Donington at all. The people of this village seem to get very little from them.
We have to continually phone the council to get simple jobs done like get the grass cut on the play areas around the village, to get the curbsides swept and weeded.
Come on people of Donington – stand up and be counted and support Mr Mills to see of we can get this building sorted
