Sir Halley plan

REGARDING plans for the Halley Stewart Field – if Sir Halley left it to Spalding people why not honour him by turning it into a park for mums and toddlers with a flower garden and a space for children to play.

And also somewhere for shop assistants to have their lunch and a few seats for pensioners to rest.

Surely the council can afford someone to keep it in tip top shape. Come on Spalding, let’s also have something to remember our men and boys who went to war.
