I felt I must put pen to paper and tell you about my experience at the waste recycling plant at West Marsh Road, Spalding.
I am disabled and unable to carry heavy or bulky loads and when I arrived at the depot the operators there saw my blue badge in the car and converged like a flock of seagulls, not only taking and emptying my rubbish, but taking the time to make sure I was alright and if I wanted anything else doing.
This occurrence was not a one off. The workers at the refuse centre always help in whatever way they can and they are always courteous and respectful.
People of Spalding you should be proud of the recycling plant and the people who work there. They made me feel as if I mattered and for that I will always be grateful.
