Pligrim Hospital does not need all this negativity

I had heard and read many negative reports regarding Pilgrim Hospital in Boston.

I felt deflated when told my husband would be admitted to this hospital after he had suffered a heart attack, but my worries were soon dispelled.

To say we were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. The treatment he received was 100 per cent.

It was second-to-none – all the staff were so efficient. There were clean wards, good, edible food and friendly, helpful staff who could not do enough for us.

What more could we have asked for? Let’s hear more well deserved, positive feedback that would be appreciated.

They don’t need negativity. Thank you to all the staff for everything, and keep up the good work.
