Kipper was taken by Good Samaritan, not by a thief

Have your say

I am pleased to hear that Kipper has been reunited with his owner but truly hope that Mr Wilson has learned a lesson.

He failed to state that this occurred quite late on a wet and windy night.

I was very concerned, as were several other people, when I saw this distressed and bedraggled little dog as I approached the Ivy Wall at 9.25pm.

One gentleman was so concerned that he was considering taking the dog home, although he said that he wasn’t supposed to have dogs where he lived.

My husband and I went to check on the dog a couple of times – then when we left at 10pm he was gone, taken, I believe, not by a thief but a Good Samaritan.
