I HAVE written several times in the past about flytipping in some areas of Spalding and the council’s inability to deal with the issue.
We often visit Runcorn in Cheshire where there are problems with people putting out rubbish for collection early. Notices have now appeared on various lamp posts saying “Flytipping is a criminal offence. Please do not leave bags out overnight. Maximum fine £50,000.”
Here in Spalding rubbish is in some areas, simply left out all week. The council must get to grips with this problem.
We deserve a better service than they deliver.
