DOG DANGER: I was so incensed at their plight

Have your say

After reading the article: “Hell has come to our door” in Tuesday’s Free Press I was so incensed by what Sheryl Roweth and her family are having to put up with living next door to out of control dogs that I had to respond.

It doesn’t matter how big or small a dog is – if it isn’t kept under control it is considered dangerous. Also, a dog is considered to be dangerously out of control if it injures a person or behaves in a way that makes someone worried or scared it might injure them.

So why is this family having to put up with this? Why have the dogs not been removed or at the very least the one that is intent on trying to get into her house.

If the family rabbit has already been killed who else has to be injured or worse before action is taken against the owner.
