CRIME: A barrier would be the ideal solution

Regarding the recent article concerning the crime hotspot patrols in Spalding and the damage caused to Stukeley Gardens by unwanted vehicles churning up the grass and roundabout.

The ideal solution would be to install a barrier at the entrance to prevent such vehicles entering after school hours.

The police have always acted promptly when informed of intruders in the gardens, but the recent damage was obviously done late at night or in the early hours when no-one heard, so consequently the police were not called. Comments welcomed.
