Young street dancers are hot stuff on screen

A group of young street dancers in Gosberton have premiered their dance video.
Family and friends of the Flammable street dance group went along to Gosberton Church Hall to watch the video and the dancers receive certificates.
They all loved the film and the outtakes at the end, as well as the cup cakes served afterwards.
All went home with a copy of their music video on dvd. The final dvd included outtakes from the filming - by special request of the dancers - to the song ‘Happy’.
The young Street dancers – aged six to 11 – have been working with Community Dance Artist Ann Warren, of Cr8d Dance, to plan, choreograph, rehearse and film material for the dance project, as well as choosing locations and their own songs for the video.
The music and film footage was edited by Cr8d Dance to produce a seven-minute dance film/music video.
Flammable street dance group was set up as a community dance group in Gosberton in September last year. The name was chosen by the dancers, who have been working together to learn street dance routines, as well as having the opportunity to choreograph and share their own work with others in the group.
The group first performed at the switching on of the Christmas lights in Spalding last year and have since performed at Tulipmania at Springfields.
It will be welcoming new members aged four to eight and nine to 15 in the autumn. For more information email cr8d@outlook.com
