Crowds of men (and women) went along to a weekend of bloke-themed fun at Springfields Events Centre in Spalding.

Hundreds of visitors to the two day festival got involved in virtual golf tournaments, “Iron Man” contests and had fun on climbing walls.

Visitors to the festival also had a chance to grab a selfie with The Only Way is Essex star and glamour model Susie Summers, see a real, original, Formula 1 racing car and could take part in a chilli chow down challenge.

Live music and Las Vegas entertainment were also on show at Blokesfest, with a casino in the adult zone for those who were feeling lucky.

Vicky Lord, from Pink Sheep Events who organised Blokesfest, said: “Everybody who came loved it and seemed to have a great time!

“We will be coming back next year and we hope to make the festival bigger and better and more family friendly.

“We want to put on a summer event – something for all of the people of Spalding to enjoy.”
