AN exciting new show to help people escape the stresses and strains of everyday life and find fun, relaxation and inspiration is coming to Spalding in October.
The Feelgood Show takes place at Ayscoughfee Hall Museum and Gardens on Saturday and Sunday, October 15 and 16 (10.30am to 4pm) and offers a weekend of taster treatments, talks, stalls and entertainment aimed at making visitors feel at home and at peace.
With free admission, the event will feature an eclectic mix of stalls and speakers, from hair and beauty experts and reflexologists to life coaches and herbal detox specialists. There will also be astrologists, clairvoyants, crystal therapists, ‘aura photographers’, as well as authors and other wellbeing providers.
“At a time when we seem to be bombarded with negative headlines and ‘glass is half empty’ attitudes, we believe it’s more important than ever to nurture positivity and encourage people to take some time out to appreciate their life and those they care about,” said event organiser Alison Bowie.
