Villagers turn out for sunshine fete in Gedney Dyke

editorial image

Around 100 people supported a fete at The White House, Gedney Dyke, on Sunday and raised around £500 towards a planned £38,000 renovation of the village hall.

So far the village hall committee has raised about £6,000, but chairman Richard Ward says they have been twice turned down for council grants and there’s a long way to go.
