Around 25 families and an assortment of furry friends enjoyed a picnic at a village social gathering.
The Teddy Bears’ Picnic at The Patch in Surfleet Cheal was organised by Surfleet Community Group as one of its Celebrate Surfleet events.
It is the second year it has been held and despite having stiff competition from Pinchbeck Carnival on the same day, chairman Tony Blissett said he believes almost twice as many attended this year.
Mr Blissett said: “It was a fantastic day and very, very well supported.
“We were very pleased with how it went and hope to do it again next year.”
Families were invited to take along their own food, but a range of refreshments were also available, including tea, coffee, kebabs and icecreams.
