This sequel to the cult breakout hit free-running game stumbles a couple of times – but generally stays on its feet to provide a visually engaging first-person adventure.

You play as Faith, a brave ‘runner’ who uncovers dark secrets behind the beautiful façade of the city of Glass, and throughout the expanse of this open world. From pristine skyscrapers to gloomy tunnels – you must master combat through the sometimes stunning parkour-inspired environments.

Some minor glitches, graphical texturing problems and a sometimes underwhelming story do undo some of the good work, but this follow-up – despite maybe not quite hitting the heights that some were expecting – proves to be a noteworthy catalyst for potentially greater things to come.
