A valuation day took place at the Market House, Long Sutton.

Valuers from Bateman’s Auction House, Stamford, went to The Market House for the event.

They offered members of the public a chance to have their items valued for £2.50 each and a chance to find out any information valuers can tell people about an item

Bateman’s gave customers the opportunity to put items into auction with the company.

Part of the money raised from the cost of item valuations went towards The Market House, a volunteer-run self funded centre available for community use.

Events like this are a way of raising the money to cover the cost of maintaining the building.
