AN EIGHT-month-old baby and his parents are said to be in a serious but comfortable condition after a head-on collision near Crowland yesterday.
Police say the family, who are from the Huntingdon area, all stabilised overnight.
The baby boy had been in a Ford Focus with his 33-year-old father and 31-year-old mother when it collided with a Seat Leon on the new A1073 bypass at 9.35am.
The father and baby remain in Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, while the mother is being treated in Peterborough.
The driver of the Seat, a 50-year-old man from the Boston area, was treated for cuts and bruises in Peterborough.
