There is plenty of half term fun to be had out of doors for youngsters at RSPB Frampton Marsh Reserve.

From Saturday until June 1 the reserve has a Migration Treasure Trail for children aged five to 12 who can pick up a puzzle sheet from the visitor centre and collect cryptic clues to solve the puzzle as they follow the trail (10am to 4pm). The cost is £1 per child.

Next Tuesday, there is pond dipping for children aged over five, with sessions at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. The cost is £3 per child.

Next Wednesday, youngsters aged five to 15 can find out more about our feathered friends at Birds for Kids. Sessions are 10.30am to noon or 1.30pm to 3pm. The cost is £3 per child.

It’s essential to book all workshops on 01205 724678.
