THE campaigner who kicked off the bid to save bus services in Moulton from the axe celebrated the start of the village’s new timetable last week.

Stephanie Liquorish led the fight against Norfolk Green’s plans to stop all but three of its detours through the village following a cut in Government money and managed to win a compromise dea, with fewer services cut.

Mrs Liquorish said: “The support I had was unbelievable, I would like to thank everybody. I started off with good intentions and have done what I set out to do.”

The new timetable details are available in the village post office, fish and chip shop, butchers and hairdressers.
