Tractors in the pink for village’s first run

They are normally covered in muck, but at Holbeach St John’s the tractors were in the pink.

The first tractor run was held at Kings Farm on Sunday and raised £1,100 for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Christine Pearsall, the mum of organisers Kevin and Stephen Pearsall, said they and organiser Paul Beecham were overwhelmed with the event, which attracted 41 tractors. She said: “It was our first one and when I saw the pink bows on the tractors I could have cried.”
