PLANS to change the use of a home in West Pinchbeck to allow for a residential therapy business are to be considered by councillors for a second time.
Full planning permission is being sought for the Anjeli Chapel on Northgate by Ms A & J Chapter.
South Holland District Council’s planning committee are being recommended to grant temporary permission by the authority’s officers.
The application has been resubmitted to the council after being refused in June this year because of highway safety grounds.
Councillors did not believe the business would have sufficient off-street parking for visitors, and said proposed arrangements were not practicable in the long-term.
