South Lincolnshire teenagers still have time to sign up for a national voluntary programme that offers the opportunity to make new friends, build skills and make a difference locally.

Beginning on October 24, National Citizen Service (NCS) is still accepting applicants.

Costing £35 to join, the scheme includes a four-day stay at an outdoor adventure centre with activities such as rock-climbing and archery, three days working with businesses to improve employability skills and a social action project that allows participants an opportunity to give back to their community.

Food, transport and three nights of accommodation are included. For more information or to sign up, visit www.ncsem1.org.uk, www.facebook.com/NCSEM1 or email ncs@eblo.org.uk.
