Spalding Young Farmers’ working day

Spalding Young Farmers held a Tractor Working Day recently at Saracen’s Head.

There were competitive and fun areas for tractors, a barbecue, cakes and games.

Some 37 tractors entered on the day and the winner of the competitive ploughing was John Sharpe.

There were also four dealership tractors on display as well as a beet harvester.

A percentage of the £460 profits made will be going to a charity yet to be chosen.
