Students and staff at Sir John Gleed School, Spalding, have been caught red-handed raising about £1,300 for a charity named after a much-missed former pupil.

The school held a non-uniform day and football match in aid of Callum Pite’s Smile Charity set up by the teenager’s family after his death from cancer on New Year’s Day.
PE teacher Ian Billinghurst said: “When we think of Callum now, we think positively and remember the good points about him.”
