Spalding People’s Parade is going to be bigger and better in every way than last year.

That’s the promise from the organisers of the fun day and parade of decorated push carts planned for Sunday (11am to 5pm).

The fun takes place at the Sir John Gleed School, with children’s games and rides from Tuby’s Funfair, plenty of live music, indoor and outdoor craft stalls as well as a variety of food and a licensed bar.

The trolley cart parade leaves the site at 1pm and will go down Halmer Gardens, Maple Grove, Albert Street, High Street, Church Gate, Love Lane, Halmer Gate and back to the school down Neville Avenue.

Both entry to the site and parking are free.
