Spalding artist Carol Parker and collaborator in The Blue Mill project Angela Daymond are hoping people can help them.

The two artists are working with Moulton Mill in a project funded by the Heritage Lottery to research the woad growing industry in Lincolnshire.
They have appealed to people to get in touch if they have any memories or knowledge of families once involved in woad growing.
These include Mr Nussey of Algarkirk, Fitzalan Howard of Parsons Drove, John Short of Wyberton and Adderly Howard of Long Sutton/Tydd St Mary.
Carol said: “Although the last woad mills closed in the 1930s, we are trying to find people who may have memories of grandparents or other family members working in the woad industry. They might have old photographs, newspaper clippings or objects connected with woad.”
