Security firm takes an office at development

LONGSTAFFS estate agents in Spalding has announced that Unit 3 of the prestigious, state-of-the-art Apex Court office development has been let to Phoenix Security.

The firm has relocated to the site off the A16 bypass from Kirton and will be using the offices as their group headquarters.

Christopher Longstaff, commercial partner of Longstaffs, said: “Apex Court continues to attract strong interest, reflective of the quality of the accommodation offered and the convenience of the A16.

“We currently have one suite of offices available and parties are currently showing further interest in taking this”.

Phoenix Security’s managing director, Dean Lockie added: “Since relocating to these prestigious offices, my business has seen renewed growth and sparked interest.
