School’s car rally and treasure hunt

Tydd St Mary Primary School is holding a car rally next Sunday, May 20.

It starts from the school at 11am and returns there for a barbecue and refreshments.

There is also a treasure hunt on foot around the village for the children (accompanied by an adult) and a raffle to be drawn at the end of the day.

The rally will last about an hour and costs £5 per car to take part.

Prizes are: first, £20, second, a bottle of wine, third, a box of chocolates.

The treasure hunt is £1 per child with a prize each for the winning boy and girl. All proceeds go to school PTA funds.
