Enjoy the promenade of scarecrows at Ayscoughfee Gardens in Spalding on Sunday.

It’s part of the Scarecrow Mania event organised by the Rotary Club of Spalding and Welland.

The event runs from 1pm to 4pm with the parade starting at 2.30pm.

Members of the public are invited to take along a scarecrow to compete for the title of King or Queen Scarecrow, with a chance to win £100 each, donated by Bakkavor and presented by MP John Hayes.

Town centre manager Dennis Hannant is acting as MC for the afternoon, and will also be singing. There will be a jazz quartet providing music.

Entry is free, donations accepted for Two Lips charity.
