FUN and exercise proved a popular mix at Spalding’s Castle Sports Complex which hosted a summer roller disco programme.
Skaters of all ages had the chance to perfect their routines accompanied by the latest hits from the pop music world.
The roller disco sessions were run by Quadring-based Leo Promotions over five weeks, attracting about 150 youngsters and parents.
Spokeswoman Bev Chamberlain said: “Our sessions have been very popular and we were very busy every week.
“The kids thought they were having fun, but they had no idea that they were exercising as well.
“It was a social event more than anything else and the kids want us to do more of them.”
