Read the poems – or hear them

Some of Mike Alderson’s poems have been published previously – and they have also been heard.

Mike has performed poetry readings at old people’s homes and at poetry festivals. He takes part in open mic sessions called Pint of Poetry at both Peterborough and Stamford.

For the past two years Pint of Poetry has also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe.

His book, Surviving the Institutions, Poems by Mike Alderson, will be officially launched at Stamford Arts Centre on November 11 (7.30pm).

However, Mike hopes to do a book signing at Bookmark in Spalding – yet to be confirmed.
