Children at William Stukeley Primary School, Holbeach, spent their first day back after the Christmas break making sure that their senses were razor sharp.

The school put on a Wow Science day, including a flavour test with crisps and children (pictured are Jacob Sutton, Rhys Felipes, Aiden Graves and Travis Stanberry) playing the xylophone to learn about vibrations.

Teacher Catherine Cuthbertson said: “It was a real hands-on experience and the children learned so much from the day.” Photo (NIKKI GRIFFIN): SG070114-111NG.
