Prestigious honour for Holbeach care worker Lynette

A Holbeach care worker from the Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) has been awarded with a prestigious accolade from the British branch of the world’s oldest order of chivalry – the Sovereign Order of Malta.

Lynette Woodhouse, a senior carer from Patchett Lodge in Holbeach, received a Bronze Medal of Merit for her dedication to the Trust since she joined in 1992.

Her knowledge of the home and the residents has been a huge support to the new management team.

The Order of Malta’s St John’s Day Ceremony was held in London and attended by hundreds.

Caroline Dunagan, OSJCT Lincolnshire assistant operations director, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to see that Lynette’s hard work and dedication has been recognised.”
