It’s Pinchbeck Carnival Weekend on the theme of numbers.
The event kicks off with a bingo night tomorrow (6.30) in the marquee on the Rotten Row playing field.
The carnival begins on Saturday with a parade that sets off at 12 noon from Wimberley Way and weaves its way through the village and to the field accompanied by the Tally Ho Marching Band.
From 12.45pm onwards there will be crafts, rides, stalls, dog displays, a fancy dress competition, live music and a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Hurricane flypast.
The day ends with a Has Pinchbeck Got Talent? contest in the marquee (5pm).
On Sunday, a combined church service in the marquee starts at 10.30am followed by Sunday lunch – tickets in advance on 01775 680444 or 640368.
See page 57 for full details of the event.
