Visitors to Moulton were lucky enough to take a tour around a selection of gardens as part of the village’s annual garden crawl.

Ten private gardens were open to visitors over Saturday and Sunday, and many people took the opportunity to have a look at the spaces the owners had created.

The event raised £500 for the Moulton Community Centre and village hall funds.

This is the second year that the community hall has organised the event, having taken over from a separate committee.

Organiser Patricia Ayton Smith said: “There were several different types of gardens for the visitors to see around the centre of the village.

“We were very pleased with how the event went and with how much money we raised.”
