If you live in Pinchbeck there is a unique chance to rent a new home in the village.
Fourteen houses are currently being built in Flaxmill Lane as part of a scheme set up by the Pinchbeck Community Land Trust (CLT) and supported by South Holland District Council.
The £1.4million development of two and three bedroom properties will be completed in December when the Lincs rural housing Association will take management of the homes.
The houses will have an allotment area and are set to benefit from a communal biomass heating system.
Coun Christine Lawton, the council’s portfolio holder for housing, said: “The new homes are exclusively available to people who live Pinchbeck, and we want to ensure that local people do not miss out.” For more details contact South Holland District Council’s Housing Advice team on 01775 761161, quoting the Flaxmill Lane development.
