Free art activity workshops for everyone are coming to Spalding Library from Thursday, January 28.
Sculptor and paper artist Phiona Richards – as seen on Channel 4’s Kirsty’s Handmade Britain – will be showing participants how to cut, fold and stitch mini books as a way of exploring locations.
The workshops (2-4pm) have a special emphasis on integrating those experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, and organisers say taking part can increase wellbeing, encourage creative thinking and reduce stress.
No experience is necessary and places are limited so booking is essential.
